At Angele's Extensions, we stand behind the quality of our services and products. We offer a voluntary warranty lasting 3 months from the date of installation for purchased extensions. If you find yourself unhappy with the services provided by Angele and no damage has been incurred to the extensions due to improper aftercare, we offer a complimentary removal service after a thorough assessment.

In the event that your extensions develop matting, knots, or bond loss within this timeframe, please schedule an appointment with Angele for a maintenance check. We are here to address any concerns and ensure the longevity of your extensions.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse replacement in cases of improper handling or intentional damage to the extensions. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and support throughout your hair extension journey.

Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining the longevity and quality of your hair extensions.

I provide detailed aftercare instructions at the time of service, and it is imperative that these instructions are followed diligently.

Failure to adhere to proper aftercare may result in damage to the extensions, and Angele's Extensions will not be liable or issue refunds for services in such cases.

I offer free 15-minute maintenance check-ins, which are highly recommended for ensuring the lasting quality of your extensions.

These check-ins allow me to assess your hair and address any issues promptly.

Claims for replacement are limited to the extensions only and do not cover attachment and removal costs or any other associated costs. Normal wear and tear, such as color fading, dryness, split ends, and hair breakage, are excluded from the warranty.

Lack of use and proper aftercare instructions will void the warranty. Any use of products or treatments not recommended by Angele's Extensions, such as coloring, tinting, bleaching, or perming, will also void the warranty.

If clients choose to use their own hair, products, or glue not ordered by Angele, we are not responsible for any damage to the hair or issues with extensions. Refunds will not be issued for services performed with client-supplied products, but we may assist with extension removal for a fee.
